FORESIGHT APPROACH IN COMMUNICATION PROJECT MANAGEMENT

this article examines the features of managing communication projects for the promotion of industrial and technical goods. In accordance with this, an approach is determined that allows you to develop a project and justify the choice of communication channels and tools, taking into account long-term planning. Experimental work has shown that the most effective approach has become foresight, which allows you to identify the main stakeholders and develop a strategy for managing a communication project to promote products of this technically complex category.
