ABSTRACT

The problem is the personal safety of employees of bodies of internal Affairs was and remains relevant, it is expressed most acutely in the North Caucasus Federal district, where today continue his criminal activities of illegal armed formations, destabilizing the situation in the individual regions, and around the Federal district. However, the main places of residence of the militants are private houses on the outskirts of towns and villages, built in suburban towns and mountain woodland adjacent to settlements. The paper presents and characterizes the typical situation arising in the process of search and inspection activities to detect members of the armed forces. Directly reveal situations that threaten the life and health of police officers. Identified types of explosive devices, installed by criminals in places of residence, and the particulars of their discovery.
