This article focuses on the application of an integrative approach in studies of civil procedural law. In this article, an integrative approach is presented and described as systematic use of methodological tools of cognition, in which is seen, interpreted and designed procedural and legal mechanism of ensuring the rights of the parties in the court of first instance. This method of learning law presented in the unity of its principles (legal ideas), norms (legal norms) and the actual legal actions and relationships. A prerequisite of this approach is the realization that the mechanistic description of the procedural and legal mechanism of ensuring the procedural rights of the parties in the arbitration court of the first instance and elements of its constituents in isolation from other factors is not possible to explain a number of processes occurring both in the political and legal system and procedural and legal mechanism. The author in this approach, integration is understood as the process of building the essential relations between the various elements, focused on integrity as a result allows in terms of a practical orientation to determine the aggregate total of the formal properties of the object of scientific analysis - procedural and legal mechanism of ensuring the rights of the parties in the court of first instance. The article also notes that at the cognitive level the methodology of an integrative approach allows you to create a new kind of perception as law in General, and procedural and legal mechanism of ensuring the rights of the parties through the synthesis of existing classical concepts of law (normative, natural law, sociological, historical and other). Expressed the opinion that the ontological basis of integrative approach is the principle of holism, which specifies that the whole is always something more than the mechanical sum of its parts. At each new level of integration manifested something qualitatively new, resulting from the connection of disparate parts of the once and not removed from their original properties.
