The article deals with such method of the legal and technological formulating on criminal rules of law as comments. The author examines a number of comments-definitions the formulation of which isn’t perfect in juridical and technological senses. Based on the rules of legal technology, a legislator should consider their complex nature. Otherwise, comments fixed in the law will be contradictory and, as a result, mistaken both in law enforcement practice and interpretation. While formulating the comments, in order to eliminate the problems, the author proposes his own interpretation of the comments (amendments) to Art. 158 of the Criminal Code o the Russian Federation «Theft», to Art. 139 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation «Illegal Entry to Someone’s Dwelling», to Art. 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation «Terrorism-Related Act», to Art. 282-1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation «Organization of an Extremism-Related Community (Organization)», to Art. 282-2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation «Organization of an Extremism-Related Organization Activity» and to Art. 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation «Illegal Firearms, its Main Parts, Ammunition Acquisition, Transferring, Dealing, Storage, Trafficking or Possessing (Carrying)». Implementation of the proposals formulated in the given article will help to eliminate the inconsistency in the acting criminal legislation as soon as possible, to realize the unified principles of imposing punishment on guilty persons and discharging.
