The theory of sustainable development of the agrarian territories rather consistently has been formed for many years in the international and Russian law but has not yet been developed so far than establishing its general principles. It seems necessary to proceed to the next stage to implement the theory of sustainable development of the agrarian territories as well as to discuss (and then to set to be a regulatory one) the list of the specific actions for its practical realization. These actions should include both a set of static measures aimed at solving the problems of the current state of the agrarian territories and dynamic opposition to the global modern threats (for example, climate change processes). This will require the development of additional guarantees to implement the mentioned theory including an increase of a number of subjects on the land rights, support for traditional peasant culture and agrarian tourism. Regulatory support to implement the theory of sustainable development of the agrarian territories will require amendments to the Federal Law «On the Development of Agriculture» as well as a number of other laws.
