Crisis situations that arise in the world undoubtedly affect all aspects of the social system, and in turn, have a negative effect and consequences on organizations. This article examines current adaptation strategies that provide for the rationalization of the distribution of roles, communication systems, motivation in team management and other management technologies in times of crisis, when organizations need to quickly make effective decisions. The purpose of this work is to summarize the best practical experience in the use of team management technologies during periods of economic crisis in the interests of maintaining the effectiveness of business processes. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the fact that, based on the analysis of the concepts of administrative, situational and combinatorial approaches to management characteristic of the global economic crises of the 1920s, 1970s and 2020s, a combination of team management technologies has been determined that ensures effective crisis resolution and includes technologies: clear distribution of roles in work, collective decision-making, improved feedback in the management system, implementation of motivational programs, improved communications, improved atmosphere of trust in the team, increased efficiency of knowledge exchange between teams. The practical value of this study lies in the possibility of using the proposed combination of team management technologies in the interests of ensuring effective crisis resolution.
