The paper presents the Krasnoyarsk regional clinical hospital’s experience of the use of various pneumonia severity assessing scales which allow prompt predicting of the risk of deteriorating of the patients’ conditions, monitoring of the efficiency of the selected therapy, optimization of the internal routing.
