ABSTRACT

The relevance of the research topic is due to the importance of using bank capital in the implementation of investment projects in the field of high-tech development, expansion and modernization of industry, agriculture, solving housing construction problems, etc. The article examines the distinctive features of project financing in comparison with other forms of financing investment activities of companies. It is concluded that over the past 10 years, the role and participation of commercial banks in project financing has increased significantly and transformed from passive creditor participants into participants directly involved in the implementation of an investment project, including taking risks from investing.
