The purpose of the study is to assess the effectiveness of the desynchronosis prevention program through physical culture among students of various chronotypes. Research methods and organization: pedagogical experiment, survey, and comprehensive assessment of the health status of students, including tests to determine performance, resistance to load, and the functioning state of the central nervous system. Research results. During the experiment, an improvement in health indicators and the restoration of chronotype in accordance with physiological characteristics was identified, indicating the effectiveness of the desynchronosis prevention program through physical culture, taking into account the chronotypes of students. Conclusions. The obtained data allow us to conclude that the prevention of desynchronosis through physical culture means is effective, but when organizing desynchronosis prevention programs, it is necessary to take into account the chronotypes of students.
