Abstract (English):
It propounds the hypothesis of giperpoverkhnosti plasma. A preliminary study of the problem shows that the state of hyperprolactinaemia may occur as a result of exposure already in a cold plasma and even plasma resulting from ionization of the gas under irradiation. The hypothesis can easily be tested experimentally.
