Abstract (English):
Presented calculation and analysis of the structure of the circular circulator using a coplanar topology in the centimeter frequency range. Calculation and simulation is carried out using the package Ansys Electronics 18 by finite element method. The simulation results obtained for the circulator with the x and y film thickness of 50 µm, and allowed to design a circulator with isolation -34,227 dB at a frequency of 9,1445 GHz, insertion loss -3,03 dB, return loss -7,49 dB and a bandwidth of around 52 MHz level isolation 20 dB.
