It was obtained that account for dissipation of surface spin waves propagating in arbitrary directions in pogranicnoe ferromagnetic film, leads to a significant change in the dispersion surface of the endless it turns into a closed and limited, consisting of a top with great attenuation and lower parts with low attenuation, which are joined by a tilted ellipse. It is shown that changing the shape of the dispersion surface has a significant influence on the direction of the group velocity of the waves.
