Magnetic materials and products of them are widely used in the development of microwave devices, which use one of the unique properties of magnetic materials — the phenomenon of ferromagnetic resonance (FMR). Placed in a constant magnetic field and magnetized to saturation ferrite sample under the influence of microwave signal of low amplitude is similar to an oscillating circuit. Due to the high magnetic q-factor, which is inherent in this sample in terms of FMR, they are called ferrite resonators (FR). The main material for this application are single crystals of ferrites, most effectively using the phenomenon of FMR. Ferrite resonators have such unique properties as independence of resonant frequency from geometric dimensions and the possibility of its magnetic adjustment in a wide range, which allowed them to take a leading place among the fast-tuning resonators microwave range, without which unthinkable further advances in modern radar, measuring equipment and communications technology. FR widely used in the construction of wide-range of devices: polonoroeste, prognoziruemaja and tracking filters, harmonic generators, tunable signal converters etc. using this developed the circuitry of the spectrum analyzer, amplificatori, measuring attenuation and phase, aircraft rangefinders and altimeters, highly selective device receiving and measuring apparatus, etc., operating in a wide frequency range.
