Traces the evolution of theoretical views on economic innovation and discussed the concepts of machine and classification of innovations. It is defined that the main task facing the enterprise consists in combining processes (stable and innovative) for the purpose of achievement of the optimum result providing steady development in constantly changing external and internal environment.
