Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The following paper discusses the main topics related to HR analytics – area that uses analytic processes in human resource department of a company. Key aspects of HR analytics are mentioned, such as gathering data, investment, staff efficiency, business strategies etc. According to results of this paper, HR has core functions connected with developing of the workforce that can help with optimization of the whole business plan and managers work.
