Abstract (English):
The institution of extradition is currently becoming particularly important, since in the modern world crime is a special problem not only for individual states, but also for all countries of the world. However, despite the great importance of this institution, its legal regulation is quite complex and massive. The institution of extradition can be considered cross-sectoral by its legal nature. The history of the development of extra-traditional norms shows that these norms, developing, eventually combine criminal, criminal procedure and international legislation, which determines some features and difficulties of its regulation.
