Abstract (English):
The paper considers the structure of software for modeling radiation effects in design auto-mation tools in the following areas: complex-functional blocks and development using their basis of microcontrollers, microprocessors, systems on a chip and other products. Particular attention is paid to the consideration of modules responsible for modeling radiation effects.
