The article outlines the problems, opportunities and prospects for building a transport system in Russia based on a network of vacuum magnetic levitation transport (VMLT). The ways of technical and technological implementation of the ideas of VMLT are proposed. The issues of interaction between VMWL and other modes of transport are considered. Schemes of separate points for VMLT are proposed, a brief technology of their work is described
