The article discusses the use of a closed chain smart contract with the implementation of additional functions to improve the efficiency of rail transport. The use of this technology will make it possible to determine the performance indicators of the performed transportation, to analyze the financial result of the entire transportation and its individual directions. The process of integrating the blockchain platform with corporate automated systems is very relevant. The use of blockchain technologies will open up a fundamentally new approach to the work of railway transport and its interaction with customers. The use of new digital solutions will increase business interest in railway transport services.
