Abstract (English):
The textbook is devoted to the development of theoretical and practical approaches to ensure the reliability of metalworking equipment during exploitation, diagnosis, repair, and mastering their basics Maintaining the accuracy and reliability of the work of the technological equipment is possible only with the following the regulations of the exploitation, aimed at protecting the equipment from the influence of harmful factors arising in the process of its operation. The regulation for installation and maintenance of equipment cover a wide range of issues, including the design of the premises; the choice of a rational scheme of installation; optimal modes of operation; fulfillment of maintenance requirements and careful supervision of compliance with these requirements. As the experience of equipment exploitation shows, even with a carefully organized system of maintenance it is impossible to do without repair work of various levels. It follows from the above that high technical and economic indicators in the manufacture of repairs can be achieved only as a result of the systematization of all works carried out simultaneously in the areas of: improving the maintenance of existing equipment; compliance with the deadlines of scheduled preventive maintenance; improving the quality of repair work through the use of modern materials and technologies in the learning process. The purpose of the textbook is to familiarize future professionals with the basics of the organization of repair and maintenance of metalworking equipment, the impact of exploitation conditions on performance, the main causes of failures, methods of diagnosis and repair. The given educational-methodical and scientific-methodical development authors performed in the Sevastopol state University and the Crimean Engineering and Pedagogical University, necessary for solving problems of educational, practical and scientific nature.
