В статье рассмотрено достаточно редкое состояние — отрыв хорд митрального клапана, обсуждается этиология и механизмы его развития, клинические проявления, методы диагностики и способы лечения. Также описан клинический случай отрыва хорды митрального клапана на фоне бактериального эндокардита у мужчины среднего возраста без предшествующей патологии сердечно-сосудистой системы
отрыв хорды, прогрессирующая левожелудочковая сердечная недостаточность,недостаточность митрального клапана, операции на клапанном аппарате сердца.
