This article deals development of communication tolerance through debates in the training in students majoring in “Social Activities”. In terms of diagnostic apparatus, “The Methods for Diagnosing Communication Tolerance” by V. V. Boyko, providing a tool for diagnosing of tolerance aptitude of personality as manifested in the process of communication, was included.
