After Japan’s defeat in WWII, San-Francisco treaties put commitments on Japan’s internal and foreign policy. One of two San-Francisco treaties was more important for Japan’s future foreign policy. It was about USA-Japan security treaty that under this treaty’s conditions Japan took some obligations which influence Japan’s foreign policy till today. This paper is about changes of Japan’s foreign policy from the 1990, because till that time wasn’t observed any important changes, but after the end of the Cold War began appearing some changes. The paper analyzes reason, time, advantages and disadvantages of the changes.
