ПРЕИМУЩЕСТВА И НЕДОСТАТКИ ЦИФРОВОЙ ХИРУРГИИ В СТОМАТОЛОГИЧЕСКОЙ РЕАБИЛИТАЦИИ. ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ С ОПИСАНИЕМ КЛИНИЧЕСКОГО СЛУЧАЯ

Аннотация (русский):
Предмет. С появлением передовых технологий визуализации и CAD/CAM-технологий возможность управляемой хирургии стала вызывать широкий интерес среди имплантологов. Статья посвящена реабилитации стоматологического пациента посредством имплантации по хирургическому шаблону. Представлена информация о некоторых преимуществах и недостатках цифрового протокола по сравнению с традиционной дентальной имплантацией. Описаны основные этапы навигационной хирургической операции на клиническом случае. Цель – оценить реальные клинические преимущества и недостатки установки дентальных имплантатов с использованием хирургического шаблона по сравнению с традиционным протоколом лечения. Методология. Поиск литературы проводился в научных поисковых библиографических базах данных, таких как PubMed, eLibrary, Medline, Google Academy. По тематическим рубрикам «Дентальная имплантация» и «Хирургический шаблон» было найдено более 384 исследований до 2014 г. В ходе изучения данных работ в выборку вошли 56 статей и литературных обзоров. Выводы. В последнее время установка имплантата с использованием хирургического шаблона стала популярным методом лечения среди стоматологов-хирургов. Изучение современной литературы позволило сформулировать основные преимущества и недостатки данной методики. Плюсы метода: точное позиционирование имплантатов; безлоскутная операция сокращает время операции и характеризуется благоприятным послеоперационным течением; интеграция реставрационных детерминант в хирургическое планирование, что приводит к более эстетичному, функциональному и предсказуемому результату протезирования; возможность предварительного изготовления протеза, основанного на запланированном положении имплантата; упрощение хирургической процедуры для стоматолога. Однако этот метод не лишен недостатков: сложность для хирурга визуализировать анатомические структуры; требует дополнительного цифрового планирования.
