Выполнен анализ конструктивных особенностей тележки маневрового тепловоза ТЭМ23. В процессе анализа определяются направления его совершенствования. Поворот рамы тележки в вертикальной плоскости предлагается обеспечить за счет уменьшения опор кузова до двух и использования шкворня с низким опусканием, оснастить тележки пневмопружинным подвесом в виде последовательно установленных двух гофр с укороченными пружинами подвески. Предлагаемые варианты улучшения ходовой части тепловоза повысят конкурентоспособность продукции и снизят затраты
