The article considers the problems of personnel assessment. The author analyzes approaches, structure, typology and requirements for personnel assessment, social functions of the personnel assessment system of the organization. The author’s method based on sociological expert estimation of personnel assessment is proposed. A brief description of the capabilities of the software product for the computer — “Universal form of the current assessment UBAO-TAI“ is given.
