The article addresses problems in structuring communication and interaction in digital education. The legal acts adopted by the government of Russia provide for a transfer to the digital education model and a rapid growth of the share of on-line courses in training personnel for the digital economy in colleges and universities. The author considers the specific feature of communication and interaction between teachers and students in conditions of distant and blended education analyzing the advantages and risks of the transitional period.
