Research purpose: the analysis of various approaches to use of secondary resources for the purpose of the solution of ekologo-economic problems and increase in competitiveness of the Russian entities. Research methods: in work methods of group and classification, the description, an expert evaluation, general scientific methods, such as synthesis, deduction, induction, generalization, forecasting, scientific abstraction were applied. Results: classification of secondary material resources for the purpose of implementation of the paramount analysis of use of practice of conversion of production wastes by industrial enterprises is given. Scientific novelty: the model of lifecycle of the address with waste with allocation of the main contours is developed. Practical importance: the offered system of performance indicators of replacement of traditional resources, allows to predict results of ecologically dangerous projects and to model ecologically safe behavior of accounting entities.
