Objective: to analyze the concept of management of the regional economy’s competitiveness and to propose the system of management of the regional economy’s competitiveness. Methods: in the research process we widely used technologies of system, structural, functional, situational, economic analyses and also modeling of functioning of economic subjects. Results: as the result of the conducted study we examined and analyzed the main issues of management system of regional competitiveness. Scientific novelty: the proposed three-level system of management of the regional economy’s competitiveness can become an effective tool in achieving the stable economic growth of the region. Practical relevance: the presented offers can be used by governmental authorities in development of strategic policies of management of Russian regions’ competitiveness
