The article presents the results of the study of the indicator of the completed order, shows its impact on the development of cooperation between suppliers and consumers in supply chains. The analysis conducted by the author on three groups of enterprises (production, trade, freight forwarding) confirmed the relationship of the completed order with the level of development of the supplier's integrated service. In this regard, on the basis of a series of expert surveys, an approach to determining the proportion of the completed order taking into account this parameter is proposed, types of integrated service based on joint planning, coordination of operational logistics procedures, customer motivation, resource integration are considered. Based on the results of the study, conclusions were drawn about the impact of these types of complex service on the dynamics of the indicator of perfect order in relations between companies with different categories of suppliers.
