This article analyzes the importance of corporate culture as a key tool for retaining IT specialists, with an emphasis on the main elements of effective cultural strategies. The relevance of the topic under consideration is due to the severity of competition in the labor market and the need to create an attractive working environment for highly qualified personnel. As part of the study, a survey was conducted among IT specialists, the results of which confirm the importance of corporate culture to increase employee satisfaction and engagement. The scientific novelty of this work lies in the systematization of available data on the impact of corporate culture on staff retention, taking into account the specifics of the IT sector, as well as in identifying factors contributing to the formation of a positive corporate environment. The practical significance of the article lies in the development of recommendations for the heads of organizations on the creation of an effective corporate culture.
