Abstract (English):
The article discusses the healing effect of swimming and water exercises, which are methods for improving health. Exercising in the aquatic environment has many benefits - it minimizes weight bearing. This can be used in the application of personalized exercise to certain populations: especially the elderly, pregnant women, and people with arthritis, diabetes, disability, or excess obesity.
