The encapsulation process allows you to prolong this process and protect the component with functional activity from the aggressive stomach environment. An extract of woody greens obtained by water-alcohol extraction was adopted as an encapsulated substance. The "core" of the capsule was collagen hydrolysate obtained by alkaline hydrolysis from the skins of commercial fish.
