Фибрилляция предсердий (ФП) представляет собой один из наиболее частых видов аритмии. Она значимо осложняет течение беременности и способна повлиять на ее исход. Известно, что в период беременности в результате физиологической адаптации в организме матери возникают гемодинамические изменения, что повышает риск развития ФП и ухудшает ее течение. Большинство авторов сходится во мнении, что подходы к лечению ФП у беременных должны основываться на тех же принципах, что и у других категорий пациентов. Как указывается в рекомендациях ведущих кардиологических ассоциаций, при развитии пароксизма проведение электрической кардиоверсии абсолютно обосновано и относительно безопасно, а фармакологическая кардиоверсия не имеет преимуществ перед электрической. Электрический разряд доходит до плода лишь в небольшой степени и риск развития у него аритмии очень мал, во время процедуры рекомендуется проводить постоянное наблюдение за его состоянием.
