Objective: generalization of pedagogical experience of training teaching doctors to create a problem-oriented class environment. Methods: generalization, comparison, observation, systemic analysis, data grouping, theoretical cognition. Results: The analysis of scientific literature and the obtained data on observation and comparison revealed the contradiction between the requirements of the professional standard for teachers of vocational education and abilities/knowledge of teaching doctors in the field of environment creation, on the one hand, and the lack of systematic training of teachers in this area on the other. The parameters that characterize the environment as a problem-oriented one, and the conditions for its creation were determined; a training module for postgraduate students and teaching doctors aimed at enhancing skills of problem-oriented environment creation was developed and tested. Scientific novelty: The article presents the novel experience of training teaching doctors to create problem-oriented class environment obtained in the course of Pedagogics and Educational Technologies of Volgograd State Medical University Practical significance: The main statements and conclusions of the article can be used in scientific and teaching activities in the development of postgraduate training programs for teaching researchers and continuing education programs for teaching doctors
