ABSTRACT

The article examines modern trends in the labor market, the problems of advanced training of workers in the context of changing technologies, organization of production. The importance and relevance, from the point of view of the professional and personal quality of modern workers, the formation and development of their personal properties and characteristics in the process of advanced training, ensuring a successful career, high quality of work, is noted.
