Purpose: experimentally substantiate the content of a differentiated approach to aquafitness classes with women of the first period of adulthood with different somatotypes. Methods: the research is based on an integrated approach based on methods of literature analysis, pedagogical observation and experiment. The study involved 30 women of the first period of adulthood. The average age of women who were engaged in aquafitness in the city of Dnipro is 30.57 years. All participants gave written consent to participate in the research. To carry out a comparative analysis of indicators based on the test results, an analysis of variance was carried out. In order to determine the characteristics of the relative fluctuation of the extreme values of the feature around the mean, the oscillation coefficient (VR) was calculated. Results: the effectiveness of a differentiated approach to aquafitness classes with women aged 20-35 with different somatotypes was tested. In the process of work, its brief description was introduced.
